摘 要 商业步行街是人们购物、休憩、娱乐等活动的主要场所，其景观环境是一个重 要的城市空间，对树立城市形象、营建和谐的城市商业经营氛围具有重要作用，也 是未来城市建设的侧重点。菏泽市地处中国山东省西南部，牡丹区是菏泽市的行政 规划区域，属于山东省经济欠发达地区。论文通过对其建设较早、较具代表性的两 个商业步行街—牡丹步行街和香格里拉步行街进行详细、全面地调查、分析与研究， 探寻到更为系统、完善的商业步行街人性化景观设计的方式，为促进菏泽市牡丹区 商业步行街的健康发展、提高其景观质量产生积极影响，并为菏泽市及相类似地区 的商业步行街景观环境设计提供参考与借鉴。 本文从商业步行街的发展、国内研究现状开始入手，从大中城市优秀的设计案 例中分析出人性化景观环境设计的研究思路。再从人性化的概念、内涵引申到商业 步行街人性化景观环境设计理论，以此人性化理论为基础，采用现场测量、观察、 问卷调查等方法，对牡丹商业步行街和香格里拉步行街进行详实的调查，再从人的 行为模式和心理需求的层面上进行对比分析，得出菏泽市牡丹区商业步行街景观环 境人性化设计仍存在一些问题：第一，人性化的空间形态不合理；第二，景观元素 的人性化组织设计不完善；第三，交通模式不完善，停车位不满足需要；第四，只 满足了购物、休闲功能，未满足旅游、游憩等其他景观功能要求。最后笔者针对空 间、景观元素、交通、功能四个方面提出菏泽市牡丹区商业步行街相应的人性化景 观设计对策。 关键词：菏泽市牡丹区；商业步行街；人性化设计；景观环境 Investigate Research on Humanized Landscape environment of commercial pedestrian street in Peony District, Heze Abstract Commercial pedestrian street is the main place of shopping, leisure, entertainment and other activities, whose landscape environment is an important city space. Commercial pedestrian street not only plays an important role in establishing the image of the city, constructing a harmonious city business atmosphere, but also is the future of the city construction. Heze is located in Southwest Chinas, Shandong Province. Peony District is an administrative planning area of Heze, which belongs to the underdeveloped areas in Shandong province. Peony Pedestrian Street and Shangri-La Pedestrian Street are earlier constructed and highly represented. Based on full and detailed investigation, analysis and research of these two walking street, this article finds a more system, perfect way of designing humanized commercial pedestrian street landscape, to promote the healthy development of Peony District, commercial pedestrian street in Heze
