Methods the tuberculosis patients with empyema operation were randomly divided into the treatment group ( 20 cases) and control group ( 18 cases), the treatment group and the control group in all patients after infusion of red blood cell suspension, fresh frozen plasma, individual patients with platelet transfusion, the treatment group at the same time on the basis of cryoprecipitate from 5 to 15u, the control group was not cryoprecipitate. Results compared to control group PT, aPTT, Fbg and basic value, there is significant difference, P 0.01. Compared with the treatment group, there are significant differences, P 0.05. Hb and BPC count value with the control group, the control group and the treatment group had no significant changes ( P0.05 ). Suspension plasma, red blood cell platelet transfusion and bleeding volume decreased significantly, the difference was significant, P 0.05. Conclusion cold precipitation as a blood component, to stop bleeding in patients on postoperative wound healing, infection control plays an important role in.
