This first and second part of the paper describes how the fuel filter works, content development and current situation at home and abroad, such as the overall design of this fuel filter design. The third part analyzes the paper filter, compression spring structure, seals and housing, and more parts for design calculations or choice. The fourth part of the design are various tests such as the fuel filter tightness,the original filtration efficiency test to verify that the fuel filter designed meets the requirements of the relevant properties. The fifth part introduces the important parts of the manufacturing process. Finally, the sixth, seventh section describes the design of the experience and the thanks for the teachers and the students .
