摘 要 摘 要 环境保护与和谐发展日益成为当今世界的主题，环境保护服务作为环境保护产业的 重要组成部分，是环境保护的重要保障条件。发达国家发展环境服务业的经验表明其在 推进环境保护过程中发挥了重要作用，然而我国环境保护服务业发展时间较短，发展水 平也较低，所以在环境保护程度日益增强的今天，关注和探讨环境保护服务业的发展具 有重要的现实意义。 本文分析了我国环境服务业的发展现状，指出我国环境服务业的发展具有起步晚， 发展潜力大，与环境保护程度呈正相关趋势以及伴随着环境保护法律法规的不断完善而 发展壮大的特征，同时分析了影响环境服务业发展的制约因素。又进一步实证分析了环 境服务业对环境保护的影响作用程度，得出环境服务业发展对环境保护的影响作用较 大，以充分表明我国发展环境服务业的重要性和紧迫性，由此提出通过健全法律法规， 保障环境服务业发展；建立多元化的投融资机制，进一步拓宽市场化融资渠道；制定系 统的环境服务业产业政策，进一步完善环境服务体系和加快环境服务业发展的措施。 关键词 环境服务业 环保产业 环境咨询 污染治理设施运营 I Abstract Abstract Environmental protection and harmonious development has increasingly become the subject of now, environmental protection services as an important component of the environmental protection industry, it is an important guarantee condition for environmental protected.
