广东省引进第四批领军人才专项资金 申请材料要求与提交说明 Application Requirements forLeading Talents Introduction Special Funds of the Fourth Year, Guangdong 一、广东省引进第四批领军人才专项资金申请材料目录： （一）广东省引进第四批领军人才基本情况信息表（附件1）。 （二）广东省引进第四批领军人才专项资金申请书（附件2）。 （三）广东省引进第四批领军人才工作任务合同书/承诺书（附件3）。 （四）领军人才与引进单位签订的工作合同或领军人才创办企业营业执照及股权证明复印件。 （五）领军人才身份证或护照复印件。 （六）用人单位制定的《……引进领军人才工作经费的管理实施细则》。 （七）领军人才是否获得地级以上市级财政和引进单位住房补贴的证明。 注：材料（二）、（三）的参考样式附后，加黑的标题要求内容必须具备，其他内容和条款可进行适当的增加和调整。 I. (1) Basic Information Form of the Leading Talents of the Fourth year, Guangdong (Appendix I). (2) Application Form of Leading Talents Introduction Special Funds of the fourth year, Guangdong (Appendix II). (3) Work Contract/Letter of Commitment of Leading Talents of the Fourth Year, Guangdong (Appendix III). (4) Work contract between talents introduced and the employer or photocopy of business license and equity certificate with which the talents start a business. (5) Photocopy of identity card or passport of the talents introduced. (6)Measures For Leading Talents Introduction Special Funds Management formulated by the employer. (7) Certificate of housing allowance from municipal finance or the employer. 二、申请材料必须附上《申请材料目录》。目录内容如上，目录排版格式：一级标题为宋体三号加粗，二级标题为仿宋三号不加粗，可根据自身需要设置三级标题，三级标题为仿宋四号不加粗。目录均需标明页码。 II. Directory shall be enclosed within the application materials. The directory shall be typeset in the format as follows: bold song typeface in Size 3 for Heading 1, imitation Song-Dynasty-style typeface in Size 3 for Heading 2. Heading 3 can be set if necessary in imitation Song-Dynasty-style typeface in Size 4. The directory must be coded with page number. 三、申请材料正文均需编注页码，页码可手动填写。 III. The text part of application materials must be paginated, which can be in handwriting. 四、申请材料中提供的所有外文证明材料均需附上必要的中文翻译。 IV. All certifications in foreign language must be attached with the Chinese translation. 五、申请材料提交一式4份及扫描件光盘1个。申请材料内容原则上需与领军人才申报书上相关内容一
