Based n the m del, the paper predicts the trend f industrial wastewater discharge, abatement expenditure and emissi n reducti n emphasis fr m 2006-2020. The results indicate that in 2020, the pr ducti n f industrial wastewater and COD will be 6416-6518 billi n t ns and 15175-20131 milli n t ns, respectively.
