战略性人力资源管理指导下的招聘 摘 要 战略性人力资源管理（SHRM）是一个年轻的研究领域，关于它的理论研究仍然有许多不成熟的地方，而对于其中更为具体的功能模块的研究更是凤毛麟角。本文是笔者在阅读和学习大量有关战略性人力资源管理与招聘的文献和自主思考基础之上完成的。本文对战略性人力资源管理的产生背景、内涵及特征、研究思路、实施步骤和发展趋势进行了整理和分析，创造性地描述战略性人员招聘的概念及特征，参考战略性人力资源绩效体系的设计来模拟战略性人员招聘的设计，并自主提出招聘过程中的一些战略问题。本文的目的是用战略性人力资源管理的基本精神、研究思路和实施步骤来指导招聘工作，促使传统招聘向战略性人员招聘转变，使读者更能清晰把握战略性人力资源管理。 关键词：战略性人力资源管理；战略性人员招聘；研究趋势 Strategic Human Resource Management under the guidance of the recruitment Abstract Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a young field of study, with regard to its theoretical research is still immature in many places, and for which more specific study of functional modules are rare. This is my reading and learning a lot of information on strategic human resource management and recruitment of the literature and thinking based on self-completed. In this paper, the strategic human resource management background, connotation and characteristics of research ideas and the implementation of the steps and the development trends in the collation and analysis, creative way to describe the concept of strategic recruitment and characteristics of strategic human resource performance reference design system to simulate the design of strategic recruitment and autonomy in the process of the proposal to employ a number of strategic issues. The purpose of this paper is the strategic human resource management the basic spirit of research ideas and the implementation of steps to guide the recruitment process to the traditional recruitment recruitment to strategic changes, so that readers can clearly grasp the strategic human resources management.
