我国新农村建设中水利灌溉管理探析 　　摘要：水利灌溉在农业生产中有着要的作用。其不仅显现了人与自然和谐相处的状况，也是农可持续发展的重要策略，对于农业经济收益增长的作用显著因而，不断完善水利灌溉管理对于泾阳县社会主义新农村建起到了重要的促进作用。结合实际工作经验对农村水利灌溉管理出现的问题进行总结，且提合理化处理建议。 　　关键词：新农村建设；水利灌溉；策略 　　Abstract: irrigation has an important role in agricultural production. It not only shows the harmony between man and nature, an important strategy is the agricultural sustainable development, the agricultural economic income growth effect and thus, improving irrigation management for Jingyang County socialism new rural area builds an important role.
