某三层仓库断桩原因分析及其处理方法 　　 摘要：某台资企业三层仓库，基础采用Φ450无桩靴钢筋混凝土夯扩桩，在桩基础施工完成，桩基检测结果显示，总桩296条，不合格C类桩171条，B类桩81条，不合格率85%。对事故原因进行分析，并提出切实可行的补救方案。在充分论证及复核的基础上，提出采用补钻树根桩的处理方案。 　　关键词:钢筋笼吊装；土方机械开挖；树根桩。 　　Abstract: A Taiwan-funded enterprises three warehouse, with the diameter of 450 reinforced concrete pile without pile shoe, in the pile foundation construction, pile testing results show, total pile 296, unqualified class C pile 171, B pile 81, not 85% pass rate.
