题目：基于单片机的多通道测温系统设计 2012 年 6 月 摘要随着国民经济的发展，人们需要对各加热炉、热处理炉、反应炉和锅炉中温度进行监测和控制。采用单片机不仅具有方便，简单和灵活性大等优点，而且可以大幅度提高被温度的技术指标，从而能够大大的提高产品的质量和数量。 °C~31 °C这一范围则发出报警。 经过调试实验，温度检测范围为-55~125 oC；精度为0.5 oC。该系统具有结构简单，抗干扰能力强，可靠性高，功耗低等特点。并且根据测试要求，本系统可以很方便的扩展为8通道温度检测，具有一定的实用性。 关键词：温度测量DS18B20 AT89S51 Abstract With the development of national economy, people need monitor and control the tempe- rature of all kinds of heating furnace, thermal treatment furnace, reacting furnace and boiler. It is convenient, simple and flexible to measure temperature by single chip microcomputer whi- ch can enhance the qualification of measured temperature in order to improve the quality and quantity of product. The paper introduces a design based on SCM which is used as a multi-channel temperature measurement system. Then the main components, important parts of schematic and software design in the system are introduced. The system consists of data collecting, data processing and data display. The main components are temperature sensor DS18B20, SCM AT89S51 and seven digital display tube. The system which uses DS18B20 as detecting element, transforms value temperature to digital signal to SCM. The data is delivered to seven digital display tube and displayed, after it is processed by SCM. The function of the system is that certain passageway temperature is displayed by four passageways circularly or all alone, and it can give the alarm, when the temperature measured is not within the scope of 20oC~31°C. According to debugging experiment, the conclusion can be got: the detection scope of temperature is 55~125 oC and the accuracy is 0.5 oC．Simple construction，strong capacity of resisting disturbance, high reliability, low power consumption is the characteristics of the system.
