Through the arranging of the ancient literature and deep excavation analysis of the various periods of the major essays and physician views, analyze the progress of medical thoughts and unique feature.Its contents related to kidney deficiency syndrome, etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medication characteristics, and prevention of nursing.Establish perfect Pathogenesis-signs-agent system. 2. Retrieve the literatures of randomized controlled trials(RCT) published on the biological medical journals between 1989 and 2010 about Invigorating Kidney-qi Therapy for the Kidney-qi Deficiency Syndrome in Hypertension, select the eligible researches, and use RevMan software to analyse the results of Heterogeneity test, Meta-analysis, Funnel analysis, Sensitivity analysis.3.Analysis related records ,discuss the clinical efficacy of Invigorating Kidney-qi Therapy.
