设计题目：某楼工程招标控制价文件 专 业：工程管理 学 生：* * * 签名： 摘 要 随着我国经济的发展，尤其是工程量清单招标模式的普遍实施，招标控制价在招标中扮演着重要的角色。招标控制价体现了招标人的主体意愿，明确表达了招标人购买建筑产品的经济承受能力，有利于客观、合理地评审投标报价，避免投标方哄抬标价，防止造成资产流失。 本设计描述了 某楼工程项目的概况，工程的结构特征、施工条件、工程范围、工程特点等；基于对项目的视图分析，提出了分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、其他项目清单、规费、税金项目清单；在清单计价模式下，计算得出了分部分项工程费、措施项目费，其他项目费、规费税金；以表格的形式将计算数据及计算过程呈现给读者，使读者在浏览过程中了解本工程，同时也为潜在的投标人提供了招标控制价，以有效地约束投标人报价的合理性。 【关键词】 某楼工程 招标控制价 工程量清单 工程量清单计价 【类型】 设计型 Title: Maximum Tendering Price Documents Of Ming Hou Shi Mao Xin Cheng 25# Residential Project Major: Engineering Management Name: Signature: ABSTRACT With China’s economic development, especially the rapid developments of the BOQ tender mode, the list of tender control price play an important role in the construction. Tender control the price reflects the subjective wishes of the tender, clearly expresses a tender to purchase the building product quality requirements and the affordability. Conductive to the objective, reasonable assessment of the tender offer and to avoid driving up the price to prevent causing the loss of assets. This design is the preparation for the Min Hou world trade building project of Binjiang Metro 25# Residential Project, And describes the characteristics of engineering structure, Construction conditions, the scope of works, the understanding of the project, sub-engineering fee, measure fee, other fee regulate fee and tax are calculated base on bill of quantities.
