中国环境科 学 199 8, 18( Suppl .) : 3 0 ～ 3 6 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 China Environmental Science 可 持 续 发 展 的 判 别 模 式 及 其 应 用 ( 中国科学院地理研究所 , 北京 100 10 1) 毕　军　章　申　唐 以剑 　蔡强国　 文 　摘 　环境与社会经济的协调发展是可持续发展的基本要求 , 建 立合适 的可持续 发展判别模式 有利于准 确判别某 一发展态 势 的可持续性 , 有利于正确实施可持续发展的长远战略 。本文在可持续发展 内涵分析的基础上 , 建立 了描述环境 与社会经济发 展的 二个 图谱 , 提 出了定量描述可持续发展模式的协调系数及发展 周期二个指数 , 并 对我 国近 10 年来的发 展模式进 行了分析 。结 果 表 明, 80 年代 以来 , 我 国大多数年份未能保持环境与经济的协调发展 , 特别是 90 年代 以来 , 环境未能得到相应改善 。 关键词 　环境与社会经济发展 图谱 　协调系数 　发展方程 　发展周期　可持续发展 An evaluat ion model of u t ainab ility an d it app licat ion .
