Trade in transportation services which is derivative demand as trade in goods is also increasingly active. The transport sector is the traditional labor-intensive industries, but with the development of technology, modern technology to the transportation industry has become increasingly capital-intensive industries change, China, as a result of the loss of the comparative advantage. Although transport services exports growing, Chinas transport services trade deficit is still many years in a row because of historical reasons for the deficit. Just under this background, this paper studies China’s transportation service trade,analysis its present situation,problems and the competitiveness arounde the world.And providing practical measures for these issues.
