摘 要 13 例放射性脑病的诊疗体会 研究生：黄荣 导师：郝玉军副教授 摘 要 目的：观察头部放射治疗后放射性脑病（REP ）的临床表现并探讨目前治疗方案 的临床价值。方法：对13 例头部行放射治疗经临床或病理诊断为放射性脑病的患者 经手术或药物治疗治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果：REP 患者6 例行手术全切病灶 后药物治疗，2 例患者症状明显好转，3 例患者症状有缓解，1 例患者无效，术后肢 体无力较前有加重。7 例患者未行手术仅用药物治疗，其中4 例患者症状有缓解，3 例患者无效，其中 1 例症状加重，放弃治疗。结论 放射性脑病的诊断及治疗方案 有待进一步完善，手术切除可能可以作为其治疗方案之一。 关键词： 放射性脑病；诊断；治疗 —1— 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 Clinic Experience to radiology encephalopathy of 13 cases Postgraduate:Huang Rong Supervisor:prof.Hao Yu jun Abstract Objective : To investigate the treatment of Radiology encephalopathy (REP) of the current clinical treatment program and to explore the clinical value. Methods : 13 cases of head line by radiation therapy for clinical or pathological diagnosis of patients with radiation encephalopathy, review the drug treatment and the surgery treatment. Results : REP of the routine surgery in patients with 6-wide focus, after all medical treatment, 2 patients with symptoms clearly improved, 3 cases of patients with symptoms have eased, 1 case of patients with null and void after become more physically unable to have aggravated. 7 patients did not undergo surgery only drug treatment, 4 cases of patients with symptoms ease, 3 patients were null and void, in which case symptoms aggravating, to give up treatment. Conclusion: The diagnosis and treatment on radioactive encephalopathy to be further improved, surgery may be one of the options as part of their treatment.
