This p ap er presents a metamodeling platform for defining and improving the needed languages . The p ap er primarily discusses the technology of modeling metamodels and notations of mod eling languages ,the mechanism for the assuring modeling language quality , and the facility for automatically generating the related tools aiming at the defined languages .
