Experiments results show th t proposed scheme ccess the 12dB g in of r te distortion ( RD) comp red w ith r te d ptive LDPC Accumul te ( LDPCA) codes. The decoder complexity m gnitude of proposed scheme is 2 orders less th n the motionor cle lgorithm.
