摘 要 随着高校办学层次不断丰富，在校生数量急剧增长，奖学金信息管理变得越发重要。传统的手工方式在此情况下暴露出很多弊病，如评定效率低、易出错、易遗漏等问题。为了改进管理模式，提高工作效率，为学生提供更全面、更人性化的服务，特设计并实现奖学金信息管理系统。 本系统采用C/S技术模式，以VB作为前台开发工具，用SQL-Server建立后台数据库实现奖学金管理的整个过程。本文研究了目前国内外奖学金信息管理背景意义和趋势现状, 利用面向对象思想进行系统的分析与设计，确定了奖学金信息管理系统的目标和主要功能需求及SQL-Server建立关系数据库等几方面的问题。其中重点叙述了高校奖学金信息管理系统的需求分析和设计思想，分别对学生基本信息管理、学生成绩管理、奖助学金评定管理、奖惩信息管理等子系统的实现做了详细的分析，提供学生、辅导员、管理员三个用户角色，合理配置权限，从而保证系统的安全性和数据有效性。并在文章末尾提出了本系统的测试方法及未来展望。 关键字：奖学金信息管理；分析与设计；VB；SQL-Server Abstract With the higher education level and constantly enrich, the rapid growth in the number of students as scholarship management information is becoming increasingly important of the university. In this case, traditional manual way has exposed a growing number of drawbacks, such as the assessment of low efficient, and error-prone, easy omissions and other issues, in order to improve management practices. Provided students with more comprehensive, and personalized service specially, designing and implement the scholarship information management system.
