中文摘要 在分析城市生态系统的结构、功能及特征基础上，借鉴生态系统健康理论 和城市生态学理论的研究成果，采用主成分分析法，建立包括活力，组织结构， 恢复力，生态系统服务功能、人群健康状况等五要素为基础评价指标体系，并 进一步确定各指标的权重。通过模糊综合评价法建立评价模型对城市生态系统 健康进行评价，初探性地研究了2003年至2007年期间内蒙古巴彦淖尔市城市生 态系统健康水平的变化轨迹，得出以下结论： ①2003年到2007年，巴彦淖尔市的城市健康状况均处于病态水平。但是总 体健康状况逐年好转，2007年情况最好。特别是很健康与健康的隶属度之和也 在逐年增加，2007年增加幅度最大。这说明在实施有效地生态系统管理措施后 城市生态系统正在朝着健康有序发展。 ②从各要素的情况来看，可知影响巴彦淖尔市城市生态系统健康的有利因 素为维持生态系统服务功能，它处于亚健康状态，另外恢复力要素也是相对较 为有利的因素之一。在这两个要素中，只要做适当的努力，健康状况就会有较 大的提高。影响城市生态系统健康的不利因素为人群健康、活力和组织结构。 在分析了影响巴彦淖尔市城市生态系统健康变化的各因素本身的变化轨迹 及各自要素对巴彦淖尔市生态系统健康变化的贡献后，提出了提高巴彦淖尔市 城市生态系统健康水平的建议 ①继续大力发展经济，调整优化产业结构。 ②加快对外开放步伐 ③进一步加大生态保护建设和环境保护的力度 ④完善城市基础设施建设 ⑤提高居民整体文化素质和身体素质水平 关键词：巴彦淖尔市；城市生态系统健康；评价；指标体系 I Abstract Based on the analysis of urban ecosystem structure, function and features, it takes the results of ecosystem health theory and the urban ecology theory as references, and employs the methods of principle component analysis, establishes five elements of evaluation index system which includes vigor, organizational structure, resilience, ecosystem services, human health, and further determines the weight of the indicators By establishing evaluation model for urban ecosystem health evaluation with fuzzy mathematics method, it forms a complete index system, which includes weight, evaluation criteria and evaluation model of urban ecosystem health evaluation. And it is a preliminary study of Bayannur ecosystem health of urban changing track in Inner Mongolia from 2003 to 2007. The results show: Firsltly, during 2003 to 2007, the health status of Bayannur city is in the pathological level. But the overall health status gets better and better,
