Clinical Study on Treating Coronary Heart Disease in the elderly of Ventricular Premature Contractions with FuzhenghemaiYin Speciality:Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:Liu Fang Tutor:Prof.Bao Peirong Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of FuzhenghemaiYin on Coronary heart disease in the elderly of ventricular premature contractions of the deficiency in both qi and yin. Methods: 60 patients of ventricular premature contractions were divided randomly into observation group （30cases ）and control group （30cases ）. Conventional western medical therapy was given to both groups .In the meantime ,the observation group were dosed FuzhenghemaiYin and the control group were dosed Betaloc Tablets. After 4 weeks’ treatment,To observe the changes of clinical symptoms, Dynamic Electrocardiog -raphy (DCG) and laboratory indexes before and after treatment in both groups, then do the statistical analysis. Results:1. The total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of the observation group was 86.67%，which was obviously superior to that of the control group of 73.33% (P0.05).2. The total effect rate of the observation group in treating ventricular premature contractions of Coronary Heart Disease was 76.67% ，that of the control group was 80.00%,there was no evidently difference between the two groups(P0.05). 3. The observation group is superior to the control group in improving HRV,blood lipid level. 4. The observation group had remarkable effect upon decreasing QT dispersity,improving myocardial ischemia.Conclusion: The therapeutic methods of the FuzhenghemaiYin is supplementing qi and nourishing yin, calm heart and tranquilizing the mind,
