高校餐饮建筑规与设计发展探求.pdf

摘 要 随着知识经济时代的来临，我国高等教育史L第二次大学校园建设的高潮也在全国范 围内开展 当前我国大学校园规划建设中普遍存在着重视教学Ix，轻视生活区特别是餐饮建筑 的设计的问题。规划时将食堂放到校区边角地方，建筑功能、形势单一。事实上现代高等教育 的发展使的校园中的一切活动都成为教育培养学生不可缺少的因素。高校餐饮建筑不再停留在 提供学生吃饭场所这一简单要求上，而发展成为一个集餐饮、交往、休闲于一体的多功能的综 合性建筑，成为校园规划中的重要内容，时时刻刻体现学校 “育人”这一主题 理论的研究和建构主要是分析影响高校餐饮建筑设计的外因一高校校园规划发展，影响 高校餐饮建筑设计的内因一高校后勤社会化，进而探讨高校餐饮建筑规划和设计的发展趋势。最 后以浙江大学新校区食堂设计为实例，分析其中的得失，以期对今后高校餐饮建筑设计及高校 校园规划提供参考 关键词 :高校餐饮 校园规划 后勤社会化 食堂 Abstract Withthecomingforwardoftheageofknowledgeeconomy,thethirdclimaxofthe constructionofcollegecampusiswidelyspreadinournation.Ageneralproblemexisting intheconstructionofcollegecampusisthatpaying attentiontotheteachingarea muchmorethanlivingareaespeciallyfoodservicefacilities.Dininghallsareusually arrangedinacornerofcampusduringtheplanningdesign.Andthebuildingformand thefunctionsarepale.Infact，alongwiththedevelopmentofmoderncollegeeducation all the activates in the campus are indispensably components of student education.Dininghallincollegecampusisrequirednotonlyaconcourseforfood service,butalsoabuildingcomplexforcommunication,leisure.Itshouldbean importantcomponentinthecampusplanning,andreflectthespiritofeducation.
