毕业设计（论文） 题 目：联合收割机用新型秸秆粉碎器的设计 学 院： 机械与汽车工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 摘 要 保护性耕作是当今节约环保型环境和国际农业技术发展的重要趋势，秸秆粉碎还田技术是机械化保护性耕作和节约环保型社会中必不可少的技术。秸秆还田不仅减少了秸秆焚烧造成的环境污染，还促进了土壤肥力的增加达到节约能源的目的。因此秸秆还田技术有着不可或缺的的作用。本文根据企业提供的原有秸秆粉碎机的基础上查阅相关资料，结合实际情况对原有秸秆粉碎机进行改进。本次设计的秸秆粉碎机配套联合收割机用，主要通过改变秸秆粉碎机的刀具的安装办法以及刀具的结构，采用Y型刀具，刀具排列采用---均力免震法；同时转轴采用空心方轴，大大减小了整机质量。刀具用螺栓固定在刀轴上的方法，解决了原来粉碎机的弊端。使其能够很好地安装、便于维修，减少刀具损坏时维修带来的不便困难以及刀轴受力均匀、粉碎质量好、功耗低以及整机的稳定性提高了。传动直接用带传动的方式，因而机体体积小、结构简单、质量轻、移动方便和便于操作让它更好地被大众接受。因而产品的生产效率、操纵性能和经济性取得了很大的突破。 关键字：粉碎机；刀具安装；刀具结构；空心方轴；Y型刀；均力免震法；带传动；Abstract Conservation tillage is the important development trend in the saving and environmentally friendly environment and international agricultural technology, returning straw crushing technology is essential to mechanized conservation tillage and saving and environmentally friendly society and technology.
