At the same time, labor shortage problem is more and more serious, the traditional manual packing methods are difficult to meet the requirements of. In order to adapt to this situation, this paper developed an automatic book packing machine, to improve the efficiency of book packaging, reduce the labor intensity of the operator. This paper first discusses the status quo of machine at home and abroad books packed, then according to the requirement of design books balers, carries on the design to the book packing machine mechanical structure, introduces in detail the mechanism of part design of the machine, the key part of the mechanism principle diagram is given, the schematic diagram of the function were described. The design of the book packing machine mechanism and control system, the structure of the improvement and optimization.
