Methods: 38 cases of arthroscopic treatment of meniscal injury typically in our hospital from April 2009 to November 2011, in accordance with O, anor FLF meniscus taxonomy classification of follow-up observation .After 38 patients were followed up for 6 months -1.5 years of follow-up time, an average of 10.5 months, the application of IKDC subjective knee evaluation form, the Lysholm knee scoring sheet to evaluate. , Results: According to O anor FLF meniscus taxonomy classification term efficacy statistical analysis (P 0.01), excellent rate was 78.9%. Conclusion: Meniscus arthroscopic suture significant effect, there are differences between the repair of various types of damage, in which the longitudinal crack the best effect; Arthroscopic treatment of meniscal tear is less invasive, less costly, early functional rehabilitation, patients easily accepted, efficacyreliability advantages; specification of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this surgical technique with clinical operability, practicality, and has gradually become the gold standard for treatment of meniscal injuries.
