The Clinical Study on the Treatment of elderly patients with unstable Intertrochanteric Fracture by Anatomical Locking Plate and Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation(PFNA) Speciality：Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Zhao Qishuai Tutor：Qi Shangfeng Abstract Objective Through collecting the cases of intertrochanteric fracture which is Senile unstable treated by proximal femur anatomical locking plate and Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation (PFNA), analyze and evaluate its clinical efficacy in the future, to provide the basis for deeper study, and seek for a safer, more efficient methods to treatment intertrochanteric fracture which is Senile unstable. Methods In this study, 60 cases of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture are collected, 30 cases are called PFNA group by PFNA method of treatment, 30 cases are called Anatomical locking plate group by proximal femoral anatomical locking plate for treatment. Records of the patients with operation time, incision length, bleeding during operation and postoperative drainage volume; observation of complications, load time and clinical healing time of fracture; reference hip function evaluation standard for the evaluation of functional recovery of the hip joint, postoperative review of radiographs and judgement for coax vara, if neck shaft angle measurement value less than 110 degree. The results are statistically analyzed to assess the therapeutic effect of proximal femur anatomical locking plate and PFNA.
