Methods: In clinical study,280 infertile patients undergoing IVF-ET were studied using the method of literature researeh,epidemiologic method, expert consulation which combined with system cluster analysis to summary the characteristics of traditional chinese medical syndrome after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in IVF-ET.Then group the patients into different categories by their syndrome characteristics.Using descriptive analysis, chi-square test and one-way ANOVA analysis to analyse and compare Generally demographic sociology factor, menstrual cycle, birth history, cause of disease, E2 level in blood serum on HCG injection date, number of oocytes ,OHSS incidence in different categories,clarify the relationship between factors associated and Syndrome after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.
