Methods: (1)Choose 20 patients from cyclomastopathy, and investigate the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA in breast tissue with immunohistochemistry. So do the precancerosis and breast carcinoma groups. (2)Molding and grouping of zoopery:To induce the model of cyclomastopathy of wister mouse with estrogen and progesterone.(blank group,control group,Ru Kuai Xiao Tang group,Ru zeng Ning group and tamoxifen group.Every group has 20 wister mouses.). To investigate the breast tissular modality and cyclomastopathy’s pathology and level of wister mousse with HE. To investigate the effect to cyclomastopathy by Ru Xiao Kuai Tang. To exam the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA of the breast tissue of wister mousse by inmmunohistochemistry.To dissce the mechanism of action of Ru Kuai Xiao Tang to cyclomastopathy from the way of the inhibition of cell multiplication. Results: (1)The expression of Ki-67 and PCNA rose with the aggravation of breast disease of patients.
