The literature research of four qufeng dredging insect drugs in application of Chronic Kidney Disease Speciality: Nephropathy Author: Ren Yuehong Tutor: Yu Junsheng Abstract Objective:By collecting the Chinas centenary 100 TCM clinical home series and the1983-2011 years of journal literatures ,we master and analysis a large number of literature about the Application of in Chronic Kidney Disease （CKD ）,which we do in order to Provide more explicit theoretical basis for the application of qufeng dredging Insect drugs in CKD.Methods:To Periostracum Cicadae、Stiff Silkworm、Earthworm Lumbricus and Garter Snake Zaocys for keywords in CNKI、ChianInfo、VIP database in 1983-2011 years literature retrieval,with the application of four insect drugs in CKD as inclusion criteria, we collect 327 literature, on the base of retrieved literature and the Chinas centenary 100 TCM clinical home series and Tutor, s experience ,we establish relevant database and summary mechanism by using the methods of mathematical statistics and analysis of the application of four insect drugs in CKD.Result:Collect the network literature 327 papers, among which about the treatment of CKD 97 papers 、treatment about illnesses of leading to CKD 73 papers、pharmacology literature 135 papers and adverse reactions literature 22 papers and collect the China centenary 100 TCM clinical home series 139 copies .In the literature which contain qi-deficiency records of the application of four insect drugs in CKD,Periostracum Cicadae 61.7% 、Stiff Silkworm30%、Earthworm Lumbricus 40% and Garter Snake Zaocys15% .The other applications top ten drugs are Radix Astragali 、Poria 、Motherwort Herb Herba Leonuri 、Radix
