Clinical Research on NingXinXiaoPi Decoction’s Influence to Coronary Heart Disease Accompanied with Distention and Fullness Speciality:Internal medicine of traditional Chinese Medicine Author:Bian Xiaoyuan Tutor:prof.Chen Shouqiang Abstract Objective: To observe the curative effect of NingXinXiaoPi Decoction to the CHD accompanied with Distention and Fullness of QiYinLiangXu and XueYuPiMan Type, explore the deep link between chest discomfort and distention and fullness，and to evaluate the effection of our self-made prescription and paste formulation.Methods:In the clinical study, with Randomized principles,ninety patients conforming to Standard were divided into decoction group (30cases) ，herbal paste group (30cases) and control group (30cases).The control group was treated only by conventional western medicine,while the decoction group was treated by decoction of Ning Xin Xiao Pi Decoction added to the conventional western medicine and the herbal paste group was treated by paste of Ning Xin Xiao Pi Decoction added to the conventional western medicine.Thirty days was a course of treatment.The changes of main clinical syndrome, total ischemia burden and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results: In the decoction group and herbal paste group,the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms were respectively 90.0% and 93.3%,which were significantly better than the control group (P0.005)； There was no statistical difference between decoction group and herbal paste group（P0.167）；The satisfaction survey of herbal paste was 1 taken,and the taste satisfaction was 90%，the convenient satisfaction was 93.33%,the curative effect satisfaction was 93.33%.The result of Holter displayed that no statistical difference were found among the three groups in total ischemia burden.
