Examined the effects of YISHENXIAOBI Treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy, from the basic theory and clinical observation of two aspects of a study to examine the possible mechanism. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, respectively, using YISHENXIAOBI side, the two methods of oral music song treatment of knee osteoarthritis, observed symptoms, signs and laboratory test changes. Results: 1. Conclusion: YISHENXIAOBI side of knee osteoarthritis with good clinical efficacy in relieving symptoms, improving joint function, improve quality of life has a better effect, and no adverse reactions. Combined with modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine research and analysis of modern pharmacology, and its mechanism may be through anti-infective, anti-inflammatory analgesic, regulate immune function, improve blood flow changes so many aspects of osteoarthritis of the knee to play an effective therapeutic effect.
