Methods ：Female Wistar rats were used and the CPID model was established with mixed bacteria injection combined with mechanic injury. Fifty-six rats were randomly divided into normal group， sham operation group ， model group ， Penqiangyan granule large ， medium and small dose groups and Penyanjing granule group. The histomorphological changes of the rats uteri were observed using light microscope. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA ） was applied to measure the concentration of pro-inflammatory cytokines （IL-6 ） and anti-inflammatory cytokines （IL-4 ）in serum of rats in each group ； The method of xanthinoxidase were applied to measure concentration of SOD.The method of thio-malonylurea were applied to measure the concentration of MDA.The immunochemistry method was used to detect the expression of Caspase-3 in rats’ uterine tissue.The expression of Fas/FasLmRNA and p53mRNA were measured by using RT-PCR Results ：The serous levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines
