The Intervention Observation of Regulating Liver and Tonifying Spleen on Lipid Metabolism of Liver Specialty:Internal Medicine of Traditional Chineses Medicine Auther:Yu Hualin Tutor:Yan Xiaoyan Abstract Objective: To study the interference effect of Regulating Liver and Tonifying Spleen on lipid metabolism of liver and preliminarily explore the mechanism of Gan Zhi He Ji. Methods: 60 cases of patients with fatty liver disease were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treating group were given Gan Zhi He Ji as therapeutic agents.The other 30 patients in control group were given Xuezhikang Capsule as therapeutic agents.At the same time ,observe the clinical symptoms ,liver function tests,kidney function tests,blood fat , blood sugar , blood uric acid,hemorheology, hepatobiliary ultrasound and so on . One year was regarded as a course of treatment and get a checkup every three months. Results: Both treating group and control group have interference effect on lipid metabolism of liver.There is obvious distinct(P ＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treating group in treating group is 66.67% while the control group is 53.33%.Treating group is better than the control group in blood fat , hemorheology after treatment and the difference has statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion:The Gan Zhi He Ji has significant effect in treating patients with fatty liver disease by regulating liver and tonifying spleen. It can improve the lipid , blood sugar , hemorheology , insulin resistance and have important clinical value.
