Methods: On the basis of the basic treatment of hyperthyroidism,the clinical diagnosis for thyroid function of liver damage suffered hyperthyroidism merger leavened , effulgent heart-liver fire,liver qi stagnation of the patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases, the control group were treated with Western medicine hepatoprotective treatment; treatment group received Shugan eliminate gall mixture and accompanied the Western medicine hepatoprotective treatment. four weeks for a course of treatment, a total of three courses. Result: Research result shows that the treatment group improve the disease, clinical symptoms and signs were superior to the control group (P ＜0.05) Improve thyroid hormone levels and immune parameters were better than the control group (P ＜0.05); in improving the liver function than the control group (P ＜0.05); and no adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion: Clinical observations suggest that Shugan eliminate gall mixture treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver damage have reliable efficacy and no significant adverse reactions, there are broad prospects for application. Its better efficacy in improving clinical symptoms and relieve patients discomfort, and can effectively shorten the course to reduce the treatm
