The treatment group take Shuganxingqidingtong Decoction, while the control group takes Analgesic Capsule，which are compared to observe their curative effects and impacts on Nervous anxiety and pelvic blood flow Pulsatility index （PI ）， resistance index （RI ）.Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group short-term curative effect for 88.46%, to 69.23% in the control group, there was significant difference (P 0.05);The treatment group the long-term outcome the total effective rate was 80.77%, compared with 57.69% ，with very significant difference （P 0.01). two groups of patients after treatment total score for TCM symptoms are obviously decline, with significant differences between the two groups (P 0.05) .two groups of patients after treatment total credit for nervous anxiety are obviously decline, two groups of comparisons have very significant difference (P 0.01) . Two groups of patients after treatment pelvic blood flow PI value RI values are both obviously decreased . PI value has significant differences compared with ex-treatment (P0.01) and the control group (P0.01); RI values within the group is very significant difference
