Clinical Study of the Treatment of Essential Hypertension （Stage 2 ） Combining with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with Strengthening the Fuction of Qi and Moving Extravasated Blood to Antihypertensive Decoction. Speciality : Department of Chinese internal medicine Author : Han yuanyuan Tutor :Meng zhaoyang Abstract Objective: To validate the value and mechanism of strengthening the fuction of qi and moving extravasated blood to antihypertensive decoction to treatment of essential hypertension （stage 2 ）combining with left ventricular hypertrophy according to clinical observation.Method: In the clinical study, patients of essential hypertension （stage 2 ） combining with left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups, the Chinese medical treatment group of 30 patients which giving strengthening the fuction of qi and moving extravasated blood to antihypertensive decoction and Cozaar ,control group of 30 patients which giving Cozaar,.Both of the two groups last six month. Results: According to the research, we could find strengthening the fuction of qi and moving extravasated blood to antihypertensive decoction and Cozaa improve the symptom，reduce blood press and left ventricular hypertrophy more effective. There was significant difference between both groups (P0.05).Conclusion: strengthening the fuction of qi and moving extravasated blood to antihypertensive decoction and Cozaa can improve clinical symptoms and reduce blood press and left ventricular hypertrophy.
