Therapeutic Effect and Medicative Mechanism of Jingqianping Granule in Treatment of the Liver-qi Invasion of Premenstrual Syndrome Speciality: Basic Theory of TCM Tutor: Qiao Ming-qi Author:Wang Xiao-ru Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic Effect of jingqianping granule in treatment of the liver-qi invasion of PMS.To approach the medicative mechanism of Chinese medicine on PMS. Method ：Basing on series of prophase research on premenstrual syndrome with invasion of the hyperaetive liver-qi，63 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups，therapeutic group treated with Jingqianping granule and control group treated with placebo both for two menstrual cycles. Reaseareher completed symptoms score form 3 times. All cases blood samples were collected twice in the third menstrual cyeles after treatment.The level of E2 ，P ，PRL were examined.Use software SPSS13.0 to analyze all the dates and results. Result ：①After treatment each score and total score of follicular phase of the therapeutic group was significantly decreased (P0.01).②The level of E2, P rose significantly in the ovulation and luteal phase in therapeutic group， After treatment the level of E2，P in serum of patiens had significant difference between two sets during the same period of menstrual cycles(P0.01).The PRL of therapeutic group deereased much more than the control group ，there was significant difference between two sets(P0.01). Compared with placebo ，it can effeetively wipe out such premenstrual syndrome as spargosis，headache insomnia ，stomachache, at hoom or work, reduction of productivi
