Explore clinical classification of Humerus surgical neck fractures and investigate the clinical result Speciality:Orthopaedics of TCM Author:Ma Yufeng Tutor:Wang Mingxi Abstract Objective: ①To study the clinical classification of humerus surgical neck fractures ; ② To observe the closed reduction (manipulated reduction with external splint fixation)with the surgical treatment(opened reduction with locking proximal humerus plate).Method: A retrospective study was performed on 60 eases who had treatment with fracture . We grade the patients according to the Constant and Murley’s system which evaluates the clinical result Then we analyze and compare the therapeutic effect by statistics test, analyze the Factors which have effects on cure with the treatment. Results:The excellent rate in the group of Closed reduction (the first group)is 83.3 ﹪， whereas the excellent rate in the group of surgical treatment(the second group)is 76.6 ﹪ .The difference of the scores were not significant(P0.05).But the normal life and work、the pain in the first group is better than the second group. The reduction of the fracture and the strength test in the second group is better than the first group. Conclusions: ①A new type of clinical guidelines for closed reduction of humerus surgical neck fractures has important significance. ②The pain of the shoulder joint ,the normal life and work in the first group is better than the second group.
