Clinical Study on QiLiQiangXin Decoction’s Influence to the heart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction （QiXuXueYuType ） Speciality:Cardiovascular disease,Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Wang song5Wang song544456678899998877766bbnmllkjhhShuai Tutor:pProf Wangying.Guo Weixing Abstract Objective: To observe the curative effect of QiLiQiangXin Decoction to the HFNEF of QiXuXueYuType,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:In the clinical study, Randomized principles,sixty patients conforming to Standard were divided into tentative group (30cases) and control group (30cases).The control group was treated only by conventional western medicine,while the tentative group was treated by QiLiQiangXin Decoction added to the conventional western medicine.Three weeks was a course of treatment.The changes of main clinical syndrome, heart function,heart rate、BNP and the change of the echocardiographic’indices were observed before and after treatment.Results: Patients symptoms improve the total effective rate was 93.3%, significant efficiency is 46.7%, compared with the control have significant differences (P0.01);Patients improve cardiac function the total effective rate of 93.3%, significant efficiency is 36.7%, compared with the control have significant differences , E 、A 、E/A 、IVRTwere improve larger than the control （P0.05 ）; BNP improve group compared with a group of significant statistical differences. Conclusion: QiLiQiangXin Decoction is an effective medicament of treating heart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction of QiXuXueYu Type,This Decoction not only regulate the function of heart,but also improve other symptoms and quality of life.It is worthy of wider app
