The clinical research of Bushen Huatan treatment on ADP and endometrial GLUT4 with Polycystic Ovary Sydrome with Insulin Resistance Speciality: Gynecology of TCM，the Study of Female Sterility Author Dong shuangqian : Tutor Prof ．Lian fang : Abstract Objective: To know the affect of the endocrine,metabolism, APN, GLUT4 and pregnancy outcome in PCOS patientswith IR treated with bushen huatan method,disscuss the clinicl mechanism. Methods: seventy-five proved PCOS patients were separated into two groups at random. The study group included forty patients and the control group included thirty-five patients. The study group was treated with CPA combined bushenhuatan traditional Chinese medicine for tuo cycles, and the control group was treated with CPA only. After the treatment with these drugs, we observe the differences of improvement of syndrome 、 FSH 、LH 、T、E2 、 FINS 、FPG 、ISI 、APN .Then they accepted the same therapy for inducing ovulation for three cycles .To compare the rate of ovulation and pregnancy in the two groups. We take the endometrial in 24 hours of menstrual cramps to detect the content of GLUT4 for not pregnant patients who agreed. Correlation test between APN and the content of GLUT4. Results: 1. the study group had obvious improvement of syndrome.2. after threatment , the study group had obvious improvement of serur LH 、T、FINS and ISI,there was significant differene ebetween the twogroup;there was not significant difference in the levels of serur FSH 、E2 、FPG.3. after threatment , the study group had obvious improvement of serur APN and the content of GLUT4 in endometrium ,
