Clinical Study on Hemostasis Effect of Bushen Guchong Decoction in Treating Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Speciality:Gynecology of TCM Tutor: Professor Wu Xinhua Author:Wang Zhuoya Abstract Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Guchong Decoction (BSGCD) in treating hemorrhage period of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and to explore its mechanism. Methods :60 patients were divided into two groups at random ：the treatment group( 30 cases, treated with BSGCD) and the control group(30 cases, treated with Yigong Ningxue Mixtures). Before and after treatment, observe the changes of the hemostasis effect,the improvements of clinical symptoms,the blood rheology, latelet volume distribution amplitude (PDW) and mean platelet volune etc. Results: The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 66.67%.There is significant difference between them （P0.01 ）. The total sign and symptom of the test group and the control group is obvious difference(P0.05). There is significant difference between the test group and the control group after treatment(P0.05，P0.01). Conclusion: BSGCD is an effective recipe in treating hemorrhage period of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The effect may be achieved through the operation of improving cruor and adjusting the concentrations of PG and blood rheology.
