Radioimmunoassay detection of subjects serum testosterone (T) and estradiol (E ) before and after treatment levels before 2 and after treatment . Male treatment , extraction, women in menstrual cramps after 2 or 3 days of extraction, the main observation levels of testosterone (T) and estradiol (E ) .
