The Clinical Research of the Therapeutic Effects of JieYuQingXin Decoction on Headache of the Fenghuo type Sρeciality: Medical Department of TCM Author: Zhang Na Tutor: Pro. Cao Xiaolan Abstract Objective:To observe JieYuQingXin decoction’s clinical curative effect on headache (the Fenghuo type) and provide new traditional Chinese medicine method. Methods:76 patients with headache were divided randomly into 2 groups: 38 patients treated with JieYuQingXin decoction, another 38 patients treated with Tianshu capsules. Treatment time is 12 weeks and visited after 6 months. Observe the cerebral TCD index before and after treatment. Evaluate the clinical effect according to their symptoms, physical signs and PSQI before treatment and 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months after treatment. Result: After treatment, efficiency ratio of treatment group is 92.86%, while efficiency ratio of control group is 71.05%. The difference is significant(P0.05).In improving symptoms and sleep, the treatment group is also better than the control group(P0.05).And the JieYuQingXin decoction can effectively improve the average flow velocity and PI index of cerebral TCD. With a follow-up after 6 months, it is found that the treatment group’s total effective ratio and integrals of symptoms, PSQI sleep index is better than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion:JieYuQingXin decoction can effectively reduce the extent of headache, shortening headache duration, reduce the frequency, and can improve concomitant symptom and cerebral TCD index, and the long-term curative effects is good.
