Clinical Study of Jieyu Huoxue Method in Treatment of CHD and Anxiety Speciality: Internal medicine of TCM Author:Bi Xintong Tutor: Professor Gao Hongchun Abstract Objective:1.To explore effective ways of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) in treatment of CHD(Coronary Heart Disease) and Anxiety.2. Observe the effect of Jieyu huoxue method in treatment of CHD and Anxiety . Methods: 1.Select CHD and Anxiety patients come from inpatient and outpatient of Chinese medicine hospital in Shandong provence from November 2010 to March 2012.Anxiety symptoms, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score 14 points frequency, and screened CHD patients with anxiety symptoms 60 cases.All patients are rondomly devided into two groups:30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.They are scored by Chinese symptom scale and HAMA scale before and after treatment.2. All the patients received secondary prevention of CHD (anticoagulation, crown expansion, antiplatelet, lipid-lowering) therapy and general psychological intervention, treatment group received the added services of Chinese medicine Jieyu huoxue soup, twice a day, after the meal and breakfast, The control group in accepting the secondary prevention of CHD and psychological intervention on the basis of the taking of Xin Ke Shu tablets and Alprazolam,four weeks for a course. Observe reliviation of depression and Chinese symptoms.3. Use SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis.
