The Investigation of Syndrome in TCM and Chinese Herb Intervention about Hypertension Left Atrial Reconstruction Speciality:cardiovascular disease; internal medicine of TCM Author:Jiang Yi Tutor:Prof.Su Wenge Abstract Objective： The Objective of this study is to discuss the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome patterns of the hypertension left atrial reconstruction,and Through observe the protective function about BuShenYiGan Granule in treating hypertension left atrial reconstruction ，initially explore its mechanism.Methods ：60 cases of hypertension left atrial reconstruction had been randomly divided into experiment group(n=30) and control group(n=21).Experiment group took Nifedipine-GITS and Lotensin as well as BuShenYiGanGranule the control group only took Nifedipine-GITS and Lotensin .After eight weeks treatment ，observe the improvement about main clinical symptoms，the index change about the random pressure，echocardiographic indexes.Results ：Compared with the control group，experiment group obviously improved the total curative effects about TCM symptoms ， the index change about the random pressure ， echocardiographic indexes. .Conclusions ： BuShenYiGan Granule can greatly improve the clinical symptoms，the index change about the random pressure ，echocardiographic indexes， enhance the curative effect.Through adjust the improve ，it can protect hypertension ， BuShenYiGan Granule can play an important role inpreventing and treating hypertension as well as its complications.
