大化肥空气压缩机甩负荷的原因分析及对策 张锡德 邵士铭 张中亚 辜兴春 中石油塔里木石化分公司，841000 新疆库尔勒 摘 要 对大化肥多轴式空气压缩机的控制原理进行了详细地描述，并对因操作人员调整机组的运行参数，造成压缩机两次放空阀打开、甩负荷，切断二段炉空气的事故进行了深入地分析，最终确认事故的原因是,一次因压缩机出口压力设定太高，同时错误地采用关小压缩机出口阀来减少空气量，使得压缩机一段出口压力达到了放空阀打开的设定值而造成的；另一次因注汽阀在手动模式下，调节注汽阀的流量到最大值，透平转速大幅度波动，使得其转速降至压缩机放空阀打开的设定值而造成的，并采取了相应的对策收到了良好的效果，以避免此类问题在以后运行中再次发生。 关键词 多轴式空气压缩机 放空阀 打开 甩负荷 分析 对策 Cause analysis and countermeasure of Load Rejection for air compressor of Fertilizer Industry ZHANG Xi-de，SHAO Shi-ming ，ZHANG Zhong-ya, GU Xing-chun (China Petroleum Tarim petrochemical company ,Kurla 841000,xinjiang) Abstract:This article described the Control Principle of air compressor of multi-shaft type used for Large Scale Chemical Fertilizer in great detail and deeply analysed cuting off air accident of the secondary reformer , which caused for operator adjusted the unit running parameter to make the full open of blow off valve and Load Rejection of air compressor in twice.the accident cause of final confirmation is ,first time,because the first section discharge pressure reached to set value of blow off valve open made by setting value of compressor discharge pressure too high and incorrectly reducing outlet valve of compressor to drop the flow of air ; second time turbine speed drop to set value of blow off valve open made by ajdusting the flow of injection valve to peak value to make turbine speed fluctuation greatly in the manual mode for injection valve. the countermeasure was taken relevantly to get good effect and avoid similar problem to appear again in operating later Keywords: air compressor of multi-shaft type ; blow off valve ;open; Load Rejection;analysis ;countermeasure 引 言 塔里木化肥是年产45万吨合成氨/80万吨尿素项目。对于合成氨装置，工艺空气压缩机选用德国Atlas Copco 公司生产的多轴离心式压缩机 ，其驱动设备为杭汽生产的中压注汽凝汽式透平. 该项目于2010年5月投入正常生产，从运行至今，因操作人员调整机组的运行参数，造成空气压缩机两次甩负荷、一段二段放空阀打开，切断二段炉空气，除了一段炉及脱碳装置以外，造成其它所有装置停车，对此，厂成立了调查组对事故进行了调查、分析，找出了事故的原因，提出了防范措施。 1 多轴式空气压缩机的简述 1.1工艺描述 空气压缩机用于化肥合成氨装置，压缩机带增速齿轮箱，由蒸汽透平驱动，中间齿轮箱安装在压缩机齿轮箱和透平之间，来降低输入
