M ethods: The data of 87 cases w ere random ly divided into Yupingyinxie prescription group of 30 cases (group A ), transfer factor capsule group of 27 cases (group B) and stop m edicine group of 30 cases (group C). G roup A and group B treatm ent discontinuation after 4 w eeks, observed one year; G roup C is the group stop drug and do parallel-group w ith group A , observe one year. G roup A random 20 cases, detecting peripheral T cells subsets before into the group and after the treatm ent of 4 w eeks and w ith 20 norm al T cells subsets com pared analysis. A ll of the patients w ere follow ed up for one year of observation, m ainly observed assessm ent PA SI, Itching degree, Q O L, Recurrence tim e and adverse events. Results: T cells and group of detection: group A of patients before treatm ent, patients peripheral blood lym phocyte T cell subsets below norm al range, after treatm ent, the T cell subsets level before treatm ent com pared to im prove significantly.
