牡丹江师范学院 学士学位论文 黑龙江省各市可持续发展水平的综合评价 学 院： 专 业： 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 职 称： 摘要：现在有越来越多的人开始关心可持续发展问题。所以，对于城市的可持续发展的水平进行综合评价显得日渐重要。本文是在研究可持续发展水平相关理论的基础上，结合黑龙江省的现状，选取了10个指标，设计了一整套可持续发展的评价指标体系。利用主成分分析法对黑龙江省12个城市的相关数据进行处理，得到相关的4个主成份，并计算12个城市相应的主成份得分，最后得到综合得分，进行排名。同时，利用层次分析对10个可持续发展水平指标进行筛选，从10个指标中选出4个进行评价，也得到12个城市的综合得分并加以排名。两种方法的结果大致相同，说论文结果有一定的可信度。据此，论文给出了一些关于黑龙江省可持续发展的相关建议。 关键词：黑龙江省；可持续发展；主成分分析；SPSS；层次分析 Comprehensive Evaluation of the Sustainable Development in Heilongjiang Province Abstract: Recently, more and more people become concern about the issue of sustainable development, so the level of sustainable development for the citys comprehensive evaluation become increasingly vital. This article is based on the related research of sustainable development theory. considering the present situation in Heilongjiang province，we selected 10 quotas and designed a set of sustainable development evaluation system. Using the principal component analysis to conducting the relevant data of 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province, we got four relevant principal components, and calculated the 12 cities score of the corresponding principal component, then finally got the comprehensive score ranking. At the same time, we used the analytic hierarchy process to screening ten sustainable development quotas, and selected 4 from 10 quotas. we also received a composite score of 12 cities and ranked them. The results of the two methods was similar so that the article had a certain of credibility. From this, the paper could give some advice on the sustainable development of Heilongjiang province.
