设计年产量110万吨轨梁厂 （以45号圆钢Φ140mm为典型产品） 乌云达来 （内蒙古科技大学 包头 014010） 摘要：本设计为年产量110万吨的轨梁厂，通过对型钢市场的调研，介绍了型钢的发展状况，分析了型钢的市场需求，并针对目前的技术状况，制定出了合理的产品大纲和金属平衡表。以典型产品45号圆钢为基础，通过确定典型产品的工艺流程，确定了轧机的布置形式和车间各设备的选用，并制定出典型产品合理的压下规程，孔型系统，计算出轧制力能参数，如：轧制力的计算和传动力矩的计算等。校核轧辊强度并计算电机的容量，以选用合适的轧辊和电机。确定车间工作制度和年工作时间，计算了轧机的年产量，根据典型产品的工艺和轧件的尺寸等，确定车间平面布置，如合理的设备间距、仓库面积等，并画出车间平面布置图。分析车间的综合经济指标。并采取有效的环境保护措施，如车间的绿化、废气和废渣的再回收等。 关键词：型钢、产品大纲、金属平衡表、生产工艺、轧机、孔型、轧制力、平面布置. Design of the 1.1 million tons annual output beam rail factory (45 Φ hot-rolled 140mm for typical products) Abstract： This is designed to produce 1.1 million tons annual output beam rail factory, through the steel market research, introduced the development of steel, an analysis of market demand for steel, and technology for the current situation, formulate a reasonable outline of the products and sheet metal. The typical 45 bar products based products through the identification of a typical process, the rolling energetic parameters were calculated, such as the calculation of rolling load, Type system ，the calculation of drive torque and so on. Roll strength was checked and the capability of motor was calculated to select the best rolls and motors. The working systerm of workshop and the working time every year were built. According to the process of tipical product, the annual output of rolling mill was calculated, and the workshop layout was determined, such as the distances between equipments, storage area and so on. The workshop layout was drawed and the comprehensive economical index of workshop was analysised. At last, to protect environment, effective measures were made, such as greening the workshop, recowery waste gas and waste residuce and so on.
