微机布机监测系-大屏幕系统设计.docVIP

摘要 为了提高鞍山化纤毛纺织总厂的现代化管理，提高产品的生产效率，研究设计了一个微机布机监测系统。本设计以W77E58为核心，用霍尔传感器对布机工作情况进行信号采集。采集到的信号集中在数据采集板，数据采集板将采集到的布机数据通过串行通讯口传送给上位机，以供管理人员随时对布机的工作情况进行了解。本系统能够检测某个机台、某个工作站及整个系统的工作情况，若有故障发生即刻发出声光报警，并采用了DS1230Y/AB作为掉电保护装置，防止突发性停电导致数据的丢失。W77E58对下位机传输的数据处理后在大屏幕上每4秒显示一次台位产量，便于挡车工及时了解自己台位的当前生产情况，产量与计件工资挂钩调动了挡车工的生产积极性。采用微机织机监测系统，准确及时的监测、采集和分析处理生产现场的各种数据并做出正确的决策，有益于企业管理的科学化。 关键词：织布机，监测，W77E58，数据采集 Abstract For the sake of the modernization of the exaltation spinning industry and the production efficiency of the exaltation product. This system can examine the work circumstance of a certain machine set, a certain workstation, the whole system, once the fault happens, then it send out the sound and light to report to the police right away. Adopted the DS1230Y/ AB to be used as to give or get an electric shock the protective device and keep abrupt sex out of causing the data throw to lose. The W77E58 displays set yield every 4 seconds on the big screen behind to the bottom data processing of the position machine transmission, and block the car work to understand the current production circumstance of oneself in time easily, the yield and piece wages linked to transfer to block the production aggressive of the car work.
