毕 业 论 文 题 目: 平顶山市房地产业与区域 经济协调发展问题研究 院 (系): 专业年级: 姓 名: 学 号: 指导教师: 2014 年 4 月20日 摘 要 房地产业与区域经济能够协调的发展并且保持健康的发展是社会进步以及经济发展的重要前提和基础，房地产业的发展与经济社会的相协调发展也成为人们讨论最为频繁的话题。本文采用定性和定量、理论和实证相结合的方法，对平顶山市房地产业与区域经济的协调发展问题进行了研究。从房地产业与区域经济发展两者之间的关系，构建了房地产业与区域经济协调发展的基本理论框架。依据基本理论框架中各项指标的协调发展性，确立房地产业与区域经济协调发展的评判标准，并据此分析平顶山市房地产业与区域经济发展的协调状态。 关键词：房地产业，区域经济，协调发展 Abstract Real estate industry and the development of regional economy can coordinate and maintain a healthy development is an important premise and foundation of social progress and economic development.The development of the real estate industry and coordinated economic and social development has become people to discuss the most frequent topic.This articles uses the qualitative and quantitative,the oretical and empirical combination of methods,on the real estate industry of pingdingshan city and studies the coordinated development of regional economy.From the real estate industry and the relationship between the regional economic development,build the real estate industry and regional economic coordinated development of the basic theoretical framework.On the basis of the basic theoretical framework of the indicators of coordinative development,to establish the real estate industry and regional economic coordinated development of criteria,and on the basis of analysis of the real estate industry of pingdingshan city and regional economic development state of coordination.
